Unless otherwise noted, laser modules are sold as COMPONENTS ONLY and DO NOT COMPLY with CDRH regulations. These items are sold to OEM customers only who are responsible for certifying their products to CDRH regulations.

Our staff can assist with the submission of the appropriate documents to the FDA.

Laser pointers and self contained modules are fully compliant with FDA/ CDRH regulations and are sold as compliant laser products. Many models carry the CE mark.

Shipping is normally provided by UPS. Fees for shipping will be billed according to those cost incurred by Creative Technology- we do not inflate fees or charge you more. FedEx, and other methods of shipment can be made according to your requests. Please inform us as to your preference. 

Payment methods include: Prepaid, money orders, COD, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/NOVUS, and wire transfers for international orders. Net 30 terms are accepted upon credit approval. Company issued P.O.'s under net terms accepted, call for details. Prices reflect a 3% cash discount.

Items are warranted by Creative Technology to be to your SATISFACTION for a period of 30 days. Items must be in their original condition. No warranty coverage for disassembly, modifications or damaged due to abuse or unintended use. Items must be returned prepaid to our facility. Replacements or exchanges can be made or a refund made- your choice. Cash refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Not responsible for items damaged in transit.
